The main purpose of the visit was to take a professional to give sex education talks to the older boys and girls at the orphanage (cost VND3.55m).  It is hoped this will reduce unwanted pregnancies in the future.

The visit was also to introduce Ms Tuyet to the children and staff at the orphanage as she is taking over from Nga Le in organising the spending of funds donated by Rose Charities UK.

bt22Nga, who has done a great job for us, is moving to Switzerland with her husband.  We wish them the very best in this next adventure.

They also went to see the 60 new bed mats (VND2.4m) and 2 storage cupboards (VND8m) that Sister Vinh had bought.

and took a tonic for the children-Lyrine syrup (VND2.7m) .

The above involved a total spend of VND16.65m or about  £530 all of which was very kindly donated by Oliver Bonas.bt3
